10 Healthy Summer Dinners in 30 Minutes or Less
Summer is one of my favorite seasons for many reasons: lots of hiking and long days outside! While I love summer foods, I often don't want to spend hours in the kitchen when I could be soaking up the summer weather.
When it comes to summer dinners, I look for balanced (protein, carbs, fats) and quick, and no-cook is always a bonus. Here are 10 healthy summer dinners that you can whip up in no time at all!

1. Sweet & Spicy Mango Shrimp Stir-Fry
Stir-fries are a go-to for me when I don't have a lot of time. I love this fun twist on stir-fry using fresh mango to balance out the spicy shrimp. This delicious meal comes together in 20 minutes!
2. Strawberry Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken
You can't go wrong with a meal salad in the summer! Not only are they nearly no-cook, but they also feature the fresh produce of summer.
